The listed farmhouse is described in detail at https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1327880 : "circa late C16, possibly with earlier origins". In the wall by the lane is postbox PL30 14. The lane is used by NCN3 and the Camelford Way.
