The Yantlet Creek used to separate the Isle of Grain from the Hundred of Hoo. The Yantlet Creek is now only clearly visible here towards the Thames. In the distance is Grain Power Station. Grain Power Station is an oil-burning power station and was built in the 1970s. It was mothballed in 2003, but reopened in 2006.
