Widdybank Moss, County Durham

Rock outcrop on Widdybank Fell

Uploader's Comments

Widdybank Fell is a fairly featureless moorland area east of Cow Green Reservoir although its south side shows some steepness and boulder slopes above the River Tees. The minor rock feature seen here is at the eastern side of the hill. Teesdale lies beyond and the valley river can just be discerned in shade below the steep, darkness of Cronkley Scar.
