Watch House Point, Pembrokeshire

Vegetated cliffs at Watch House Bay

Uploader's Comments

This stretch of coastline faces south towards the entrance to Milford Haven and is much more sheltered than those that face the open Atlantic. Watch House Bay might be an appropriate name for the second world war period as there are old military buildings of that date on the clifftop. A closer inspection reveals brick structures with concrete roofs and one might guess that they could be observation points rather than gun emplacements.
