Looking towards Ramasaig from the north eastern facing slopes of The Hoe. The white spots among the grass are the seed heads of cotton grass. Ramasiag is a remote and now virtually deserted township, which was depopulated during the Highland clearances. On the left are the cliffs of Ramasaig Cliff and Waterstein Head (in cloud).
