Growing up on a farm I remember loading trailers of straw, thirty or so years ago we had the traditional small bales which despite having a hydraulic front-end loader there was a considerable amount of physical work, bale bashing. As I walked across this field I watched as one man with a tractor and front-end loader cleared the field and loaded three trailers in a short time.
