From here, Killhope Law is about 4km distant over some pretty rough ground. The shorter approach whose start is shown in [[5169270]] is similarly unattractive. Better routes start in East Allen Dale near Dirt Pot, from where a track leads almost to the summit, or (shorter) from Shivery Hill at NY815458.
