View eastward, towards Penrith: ex-LNWR (Cockermouth, Keswick & Penrith Railway) Penrith - Workington line. In 1998, nothing whatever was left of this station, which had closed finally to goods from Penrith on 19/6/72, after the line west of Blencow closed from 6/9/72, having been already closed west of Keswick from 18/4/66.
