The Skew Bridge crosses the defunct Gloucester and Hereford Canal at Monkhide. The bridge was built by Stephen Ballard at an angle of 27 degrees, in this picture the angle of the bridge can clearly be seen from the bricks. The impressive structure carries a no through road giving access to a number of properties at Monkhide.
