Lullingstone Castle

Uploader's Comments

The estate at Lullingstone dates back to Domesday. The present Manor House and Gatehouse were built in 1497 and have been home to the same family ever since. Both Henry VIIIth and Queen Anne were regular visitors. The parish church of St Botolph within the grounds is of Norman origin and contains some of the oldest stained glass windows in the country.
