The name Creag Dhubh is used here and also by hill-visiting groups but seems to apply more to a crag on the south-eastern slope of this hill rising to 491m. The view beyond is towards Loch Fyne with Meall Reidh the minor hill rising before the darker, wooded hill, Dun Corr-bhile.
