A view of Loch Scammadale towards the head of the loch from near the roadside west of the farm at Scammadale; the hill rising at the head of the loch is Beinn Chapull. The mirror flatness of the water was soon to be disturbed by the passage of a rowing boat but that added to the view in another way.
