Keills, Argyll and Bute

Rural Vandalism

Uploader's Comments

The "reformers" knocked the head off this 14th - 15th century cross. It is said to be built into the dykes somewhere between Keills and Persabus. The modern authorities are not quite so crude in their methods but appear to be condemning the remains of the cross to anonymous decay.
