The 612m summit of Heron Pike is seen here, taken from the hill with a spot height of 621m. Some call this latter hill 'Heron Pike north top', but it is not satisfactory to have a 'N top' which is higher than the main hill. I prefer to use the name Rydal Fell for the higher point.
