A Severn-class RNLI boat based at Tobermory, 17-39 'Elizabeth Fairlie Ramsey', with a boat in tow, heading up the Sound of Mull towards Tobermory, passing the Bogha Bhuilg buoy. I was not able to find out what may have happened.
