A Severn-class RNLI boat based at Tobermory, 17-39 'Elizabeth Fairlie Ramsey', with a boat in tow, heading up the Sound of Mull towards Tobermory, passing the Bogha Bhuilg buoy. I was not able to find out what may have happened. The position of the buoy was obtained from General Lighthouse Authorities Aids to Navigation Review 2015-2020 http://www.nlb.org.uk/JointPolicy/Policies/Main/.
