Birchills Canal Museum

Uploader's Comments

This red-brick museum of 'canal life' occupies a Grade II Listed building, which dates from 1901 and formerly served as a Boatmens' Rest. It was originally one of five in the West Mids, but is now the only surviving example, the others sadly having been demolished over the years.
