Built in 1897 the pews, probably original, seat up to 90. The War Memorial Committee donated a font and communion table in 1952. Electricity was installed in 1956. Refurbishment including replacement of the windows was carried out in 1970 followed by replacement of the organ in 1977. In 1990 a new floor was laid. St. Adamnan or St. Eonan was born in Ireland about A.D. 624, and received his training in Iona, of which he became 9th Abbot in 679; he died in 704.
